Learning about business ethics and ethical principles has been a profoundly enlightening experience, shaping my understanding of how individuals and organizations operate within the realms of morality and societal expectations. Throughout this course, I have explored core concepts such as business ethics, ethical principles, organizational issues, and the importance of personal and organizational learning, which collectively illuminate the complex nature of ethical decision-making in business environments.
Business ethics serve as a foundational framework guiding organizations and individuals in conducting themselves responsibly. They encompass the moral guidelines that influence behaviors, policies, and practices within corporate settings. My understanding of business ethics has deepened through examining case studies, ethical dilemmas, and the role of corporate social responsibility.
