During this week of my practicum, I engaged in a variety of tasks designed to enhance my understanding and application of professional skills within a healthcare setting. According to my Typhon Weekly Hour Log, I spent approximately 15 hours on direct patient care activities, including assisting with assessments, administering medication, and providing patient education. Additionally, I dedicated around 10 hours to documentation and interdisciplinary communication, which are critical components of effective healthcare delivery. These experiences have significantly contributed to my learning, particularly in developing clinical reasoning, improving my communication skills, and understanding the importance of comprehensive documentation.
