Employee experience refers to any exposure the employee holds in the company in the line of duty. The employee gains experience from the interview process, during induction, and every development of the company. It is also gained through daily activities and learning new things from other employees. The employee experience impacts the company by increasing its daily productivity. It is also believed that experienced employees will always teach other staff how things are done, resulting in increased productivity.
During the recruitment process, the experienced employees will always be retained, thus reducing the costs of recruiting new employees. They tend to improve the customer service experience. They are believed to have perfected their marketing skills that create a thriving organizational culture; thus, it will increase productivity. They create an overall positive image; hence it creates customer loyalty. The employees tend to be creative and innovative, resulting in the company being competitive in the market.
Talent Shortage
Most companies have realized that employees remain the best asset to achieve their goals. The more the employees are experienced, the more likely the company can create a positive reputation, thus improving growth (Tran & Smith, 2020). For the company to find the right talent, it takes a long process, and it will be costly since they have to recruit employees by interviewing and selecting the employee they want. Retaining an experienced employee is the best choice since it is less costly. Training new employees to acquire the right skills might take a long time, which may affect the company’s reputation.

The more the sales from the company, the more the company is expected to increase its revenue. Experienced employees have mastered the marketing skills. A good marketer's skills include being a great storyteller, knowing their customers and markets, using the data to make decisions, risk-takers, and creating remarkable customer experiences (Tucker, 2020). These skills are acquired with time, and this means experienced employees are the best.
They create a thriving organizational culture that will attract many customers. The employees have established strong networks from their previous jobs, which they may bring to the company, creating a win-win situation. The experienced employees create a positive image of the brand; thus, this will result in customer loyalty. Gaining customer loyalty is believed to be one of the hard tasks.

The employees can handle challenges that may arise while investing, as they have the solutions.
This will help the company grow. Due to exposure in different areas, employees will always develop ways to improve their areas of specialization. This will result in increased production and innovations. Creativity will lead to high-quality goods and services. The more quality goods are, the more customers are likely to trust the brand and become loyal.
More innovation will make the brand unique or a pacesetter among competitors. The experienced employees will impact knowledge to other staff, contributing to increased production of goods and services (Itam & Ghosh, 2020). This results in growth of revenue and sales. They also provide corporate leadership that considers employee concerns because motivated employees are more productive. Most companies prefer to retain experienced employees because it saves the costs associated with hiring new talent.
