Specifically, I aim to work for Nordstrom, a renowned department store chain known for its commitment to customer service and employee development. In this role, I intend to uphold principles of integrity, fairness, and social responsibility, contributing to an ethical organizational culture where ethical decision-making is paramount.
My personal core values include honesty, respect, responsibility, and a commitment to continuous improvement. These values guide my interactions and decision-making processes, emphasizing transparency and accountability. The core values of the retail industry, particularly at Nordstrom, focus heavily on customer satisfaction through ethical selling, employee empowerment, and community engagement. Nordstrom emphasizes providing exceptional service with integrity, fostering a respectful work environment, and maintaining corporate social responsibility initiatives.
