As a POS Technician Intern at VN Systems, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Point-of-Sale systems, which are vital to our clients' retail and service businesses. This internship provides an exceptional opportunity to obtain hands-on experience with both the technical and customer-facing sides of POS technology in a supportive and innovative setting. This work allowed me to apply my technical knowledge in a real-world situation, strengthen my problem-solving skills, and enhance my ability to explain complicated technical material to non-technical users. 3. Description of Accomplishments: + Join a team that integrate different POS system with various terminal. + Analyze user’s requirements and develops software functional specifications for a better result.
Involved in troubleshooting and deployment of POS software for the clients. + Perform functional testing, interpretation, and analysis of results of tests before shipping out POS. + Maintenance and support of all computers (servers, desktops, cash registers, and laptops), databases, network and separate printers, and all other IT equipment. + Configure DHCP, TCP/IP, Static IP for Printer and Terminal to be work with different POS system. +File build Terminal based on application as request. + Renew PCI Compliance, app update terminal, activate and provision account for client as needed. 4.
