The student must evaluate whether to develop the platform independently or to outsource to a third-party provider. Conversely, if opting to build the platform in-house, the minimal technical and operational prerequisites should be clearly outlined, such as hardware, software, personnel, and cybersecurity measures.

The report should be double-spaced, using 12-point font, with 1-inch margins on letter-sized paper. Appendices are discouraged but may be included if relevant and referenced appropriately.
