In such a situation, I would document the incident, seek support from team management or sports authorities, and possibly confront the coach in a respectful manner if safe to do so. If the environment becomes hostile, reporting to higher authorities becomes necessary to ensure accountability and protect mental health (Singh et al., 2020). Addressing discrimination proactively underscores the importance of an inclusive and respectful sporting environment.
