The first organization considered is the National Student Nurses' Association (NSNA). The NSNA offers practical nursing students access to networking opportunities, leadership development, and scholarships. It advocates for students' rights and provides resources such as career guidance, resume building, and conferences. Membership fees are relatively affordable, making it accessible to students with limited budgets (NSNA, 2023). The second organization is the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), which primarily focuses on nurse practitioners but also encompasses practical nurses interested in advanced roles.
