For this project, you will use all four of the Microsoft Office applications to create a unified project on a single topic. The project must be approved by your instructor before you begin. Your project should cover only one topic of your choice. Examples include developing a business, highlighting attending HCC, your favorite sports team, favorite sport, dream car, moving out on your own, researching your planned career, planning a vacation, planning a wedding, highlighting your native country or culture, or your passion in life.
The minimum requirements for each of the four applications are as follows:
- Each application component is valued at 65 points.
- There are 40 points (10 points each application) allocated for professionalism, effort, and creativity. Professionalism is assessed based on proper use of the required skills, grammar, spelling, and overall appearance. Effort is evaluated by whether the students exceeded minimum requirements. Creativity is demonstrated through applying software skills innovatively, such as adding graphics, customizing design elements, and applying advanced features learned during the course.
This project must be an original creation. Copying from previous assignments is prohibited and academic honesty policies will be enforced. The work should be based on your own original effort.
