Help With My History Essay: Instructions
Hiproffineed Help With My History Essaythese Are the Instruction
The purpose of the Wiki assignments is to familiarize you with a "new" methodology of studying history ("new" because this is my own creation). In my lifetime of studying the past, I have seen certain reoccurring "themes" that help us understand the course of human events in this discipline we call history. I have provided here the same list of historical themes that you will find in the folder for your Historical Themed Movie Review that you will compose and turn in at the end of this term. These Wikis will help you learn to see history in terms of these themes. Some of these themes are quite self-explanatory and some are not.
There are 20 historical themes and 2 Wiki assignments you are expected to complete in the semester - therefore there are NO REPEATS of themes in your Wiki posts. You will use a total of 6 different themes in the two Wiki Assignments. For each Wiki Assignment, I want you to write a minimum 600 word entry (CONTENT ONLY - Works Cited DOES NOT count towards minimum word count) about 3 historical themes that you can extrapolate from the course materials we have studied. So the math here is easy = 3 different themes X 2 Wikis = 6 historical themes. I expect to see original analysis, interpretation and rhetorical content.
You are also required to quote your textbook twice in each Wiki Assignment to support your analysis, AND to quote TWO of the primary documents from the Mindtap site for the textbook to support your content as well. PLEASE cite these sources appropriately according to my instructions. You must also give me a properly formatted Works Cited. DO NOT EDIT EXISTING WIKIS. ALWAYS CREATE NEW WIKI.
Over the last few weeks we have been reviewing and studying about European Exploration, the Atlantic World, the Reformation and the crisis of Religion Wars in Europe, the advancement of the Islamic world, and the empires of China and Japan, utilizing chapters from your textbook.
Compose a minimum 600 word essay identifying 3 historical themes of your choosing from my list of themes that you can use to summarize histories we have studied this grading period. Remember, once you write about these 3 themes you cannot use them again in a future Wiki assignment. PLEASE use your name in your Wiki title. Please find the attached sample essay and list of themes and let me know if they didn't open I also need to send you my account info so you have an access to the online textbook Thanks a lot.
Paper For Above instruction
This assignment requires the development of two Wiki entries throughout the semester, each concentrating on three distinct historical themes drawn from a provided list. The purpose of these Wiki assignments is to foster a unique methodology of engaging with history, emphasizing original analysis, interpretation, and rhetorical insight. Students should select six different themes in total, with three themes per Wiki, avoiding repetitions across assignments. Each Wiki must contain at least a 600-word content section that explores the themes in detail, integrating course materials, textbook quotations, and primary source evidence from the Mindtap site to support their analysis and assertions.
In constructing each Wiki entry, students must incorporate two quotations from their textbook and two quotations from primary documents to substantiate key points, all correctly cited per instructor guidelines. The writing should be original and analytical, rather than merely descriptive, demonstrating a clear understanding of the themes within the context of European exploration, the Atlantic world, the Reformation, religious wars, Islamic advancements, and East Asian empires, as covered in recent chapters of the course textbook.
Furthermore, students are expected to craft well-organized, scholarly essays that explicitly connect the selected themes to the historical events studied, providing insights that reveal your interpretation and critical engagement with the material. Proper formatting of the Works Cited page is also required, listing all sources referenced in the entries. The final submissions should be entirely original compositions that reflect careful analysis and comprehensive understanding of the course themes and materials.
