Personally, my life has been deeply affected by these overarching processes, particularly through access to diverse cultures and technological advancements. These global interactions have expanded my understanding of different peoples and traditions, fostered a sense of interconnectedness, and provided opportunities that would be impossible in a more isolated context.
One prominent example of cultural influence is language. With the advent of the internet and international travel, I have become proficient in English, which is often considered a global lingua franca.
