My project was about "planning a Wedding" Topic: Reflect on the key components that make a project successful. Include factors in planning, implementing and closing. Be sure to discuss documentation, stakeholder updates, and managing expectations. All assignments should be completed in a Word document using correct APA formatting (Headers, one-inch margins and double spacing, title page and References page, etc.).

Each component plays a vital role in ensuring that the project meets its objectives on time, within scope, and within budget, while also satisfying the client’s or stakeholder’s expectations.
Planning Phase:
Effective planning is the foundation of a successful project. During the wedding planning process, key elements included setting clear goals, defining scope, budgeting, creating timelines, and resource allocation. Developing a detailed project plan allowed me to establish milestones and contingency plans, which minimized risks and prepared me for unforeseen challenges. Critical to this phase was stakeholder analysis—identifying who needed to be involved, from the couple to vendors and family members—and defining their roles and responsibilities. This facilitated accountability and streamlined decision-making processes.
Implementation Phase:
