In this reflection, I will analyze and evaluate my classroom management style and disposition based on my observations and comments from the video presentations. Effective classroom management is essential for fostering a positive learning environment where students feel safe, respected, and motivated to learn. Understanding my own management techniques and attitudes helps me identify strengths and areas for improvement to better support student engagement and academic success.

During the video presentations, I observed diverse classroom management strategies employed by educators, ranging from proactive approaches to reactive interventions. These strategies include establishing clear expectations, maintaining consistent routines, and fostering positive relationships with students. Reflecting on these methods, I recognize that my own style aligns more closely with a relationship-centered approach, emphasizing building mutual respect and understanding with students.
