Individual Research Project Irpon The Topic Proposed Earlier In The
Proposal must be approved by instructor in order to receive credit for this final. Project submissions that were not approved will receive a ZERO. Paper – (1500-word minimum), must incorporate in-text citations of and bibliography for at least 5 sources, 2 of which need to be academic/scholarly. Playlist – (5 songs) – (alternatives may include: film, lyrics, remix, parody song, musical composition, visual art, etc.) Presentation – (ppt. w/voiceover or podcast) approx. 10 mins In addition, I need a Speech, which should be combined with the presentation.
For this work, you must give me 4 separate files. One for Paper, One for Playlist, One for Presentation, One for Speech. I posted all the guidances of each works below, please follow the instructions.
Paper For Above instruction
The individual research project requires a comprehensive exploration of a topic proposed earlier in the semester, emphasizing academic rigor and creative presentation. The project involves four main components: a scholarly paper, a playlist, a presentation, and a speech, each serving a unique purpose in demonstrating understanding and engagement with the selected topic.
Introduction
The introduction should clearly define the research topic, establishing its significance and relevance. It must outline the objectives of the project and provide a brief overview of the components that will be addressed, including the scholarly paper, playlist, presentation, and speech. The introduction sets the tone for an integrated exploration of the subject matter, emphasizing the importance of both academic analysis and creative expression.
Scholarly Paper
The core component is a minimum of 1500 words that thoroughly investigates the chosen topic. The paper should incorporate in-text citations from at least five sources, including two academic or scholarly references. The discussion should include a comprehensive literature review, presenting various perspectives and theoretical frameworks related to the topic. It should also include critical analysis, synthesizing information to draw meaningful conclusions.
The structure of the paper should include an introduction, literature review, methodology (if applicable), analysis/discussion, and conclusion. Proper APA, MLA, or Chicago citation formatting must be followed consistently throughout. The paper should demonstrate critical thinking, contextual awareness, and the ability to connect theoretical insights with real-world applications.
Playlist
The playlist should consist of five songs or alternative media that connect thematically or contextually to the research topic. Alternative media options could include visual art, film excerpts, remixes, parody songs, or musical compositions that reflect or critique the subject matter. Each item in the playlist should be accompanied by a brief explanation of its relevance and connection to the project focus, providing insight into how it complements the academic analysis.
Presentation
The presentation should be approximately 10 minutes long, utilizing PowerPoint with voiceover narration or an audio podcast. It should summarize the key points of the research, highlighting essential findings, supporting visuals, and contextual connections derived from the paper and playlist. The presentation serves to communicate the research to a broader audience, emphasizing clarity, engagement, and cohesion between the visual and verbal components.
Speech
The speech must be integrated with the presentation, providing a cohesive narrative that guides the audience through the research findings. It should expand on key points, address potential questions, and reflect the presenter's understanding of the topic. The speech file should be delivered in a format compatible with the presentation, complementing the visual materials with a clear, confident delivery.
Submission Requirements
Complete the project by submitting four separate files: the scholarly paper, playlist documentation, presentation with voiceover or podcast, and the speech. All components should be well-organized and adhere to the guidelines provided. Proper attribution, formatting, and academic integrity must be maintained at every stage of the project.
Conclusion
This comprehensive project aims to demonstrate students' ability to integrate academic research, creative expression, and effective communication. By thoughtfully synthesizing these elements, students will deepen their understanding of their chosen topic and develop versatile skills in research, analysis, and presentation.
