You will open a new, blank PowerPoint presentation— SAVE IT —and then do an “update save†periodically. I suggest selecting a topic that you are interested in or one that you can locate the information on quickly. For example, use the Century College Web site to create a presentation about the college, student organizations, activities, degree awards, calendar of important dates, required assessment tests, YOUR program major, where to get help, registration dates, etc. You could also select a topic such as a hobby, special vacation, a training presentation for your current job or company, favorite animal or pet, a cause that is important to you, an organization or club, a tutorial that teaches the viewer how to do a task or learn a skill, etc.

Pick that topic that you do not have to do extensive research on but are interested in. This PowerPoint final project is due on or before Tuesday, July 19, 11:59 p.m. ACTIVITY Spend some time planning your presentation. For instance, “Century College†is a broad topic, and you will need to narrow this topic. What area of Century College would you like to focus on?
