Introduction

This quote simply tells us that there is hope in everything that we are doing in our lives that regardless of fear, we can achieve our dreams. Doing so requires us to remain focused, to turn away from our fears, to learn from the mistakes that we have made, and to then move beyond our frustrations to get what we want to be done (Ross, 2017). We must do what is necessary and possible to realize and achieve our dreams despite our circumstances.

What I Learned This Week

This week I am reminded of the importance in remaining dedicated, optimistic, and hopeful in everything that I do. Without true dedication and genuine hope, a person's unfulfilled potential begins to surface, and the weight of failure begins to set in. Life is very similar to a roller coaster, one moment we can be up high, confident, and motivated and then the next moment we can be down, feeling helpless, and distracted. It is incredibly important that one remains dedicated and focused rather than shifting their tides based upon the ups and downs in which they are faced with. A mindset that has served me well over the years is that we cannot change the inevitable and that the only thing we have control over is our attitude.

I strongly believe that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% of how I react to it. This week’s reflection and this quote has reminded me of this. Amending My Behaviors

This will affect my behavior in that I will remain empowered to continue structuring my life in anticipation of the future and therefore this influences my feelings in the present. Hope is the only thing that makes life better as it can make the tough situations that we are in more bearable and help us to improve our lives since we can envision a better future (Nieves-Chavez, 2016). This motivates us to take steps that are required to make this happen.

Through the creation of a positive mood, I am better equipped and capable of remaining optimistic and motivated with every circumstance I face. Ideas I can Use at Work and In Relationships

I have found that in recognizing my dreams, whether personal or career like, a lot of thinking, planning, and doing is involved. In taking these steps, there will be inevitable failures, I will learn some lessons as a result, and that I will adapt and move forward as necessary. The failures that I will meet along the way will always serve a purpose and strengthen my abilities in the end. Each failure that I encounter will always be a lesson plan for me and how to expand beyond the knowledge and abilities I had prior.

It is critical to come up with a plan that is more detailed on how to tackle every situation. A dream is the beginning of something great; believing in our dreams will lead me to my destination. I will try to motivate others and show the people around me how recognize and achieve their dreams.

How I will Advance Globalization

Social media is one of the important platforms that I will be using to advance globalization. This I will achieve by creating a network of likeminded people where I can show people about the importance of chasing one's dream.

Everyone of us is a dreamer although some people have fallen out of the habit of dreaming. This can be rejuvenated through connecting with people on social media (Cardozo, et al., 2018).

Promoting Social Justice and Making This World A Better Place

Since I am very passionate about population health, I will further educate myself regarding population health and the way in which we can all work together to achieve the highest standard of it. This includes gathering information from a wide variety of resources such as newspapers and articles on population health standards, organizations, and needs. Through giving my time and effort for transformative change in my community, I will fight for a healthier environment for everyone to share and live in.
