The journey to leadership is a complex and ongoing process that requires dedication, continuous learning, and self-improvement. Recently, I attended a leadership training organized by my company for all assistant managers, which provided valuable insights into the fundamental qualities and characteristics of effective leaders.

A leader is recognized not only by their role but also by essential qualities that foster trust, respect, and effectiveness.
