Leadership is a dynamic and influential process through which individuals guide, motivate, and inspire others towards achieving common goals. It involves qualities such as integrity, vision, empathy, and effective communication, which enable leaders to influence their followers positively. Leadership is inherently relevant to social change agency because it embodies the capacity to initiate, manage, and sustain transformative efforts that address societal issues. Leaders act as catalysts for change by mobilizing resources, fostering collaboration, and inspiring collective action to create meaningful and lasting social impact.

My understanding of leadership is deeply rooted in the belief that authentic leadership is rooted in self-awareness and a genuine desire to serve others.
