Utilize at least three credible sources (excluding Wikipedia), such as newspapers, magazines, books, company reports, or reputable websites, to research your leader’s leadership style, impact, and organizational or societal influence. Your goal is to analyze how their leadership qualities affected their environment, aligning your findings with the leadership theories studied in class and the textbook.

This assignment emphasizes critical analysis over mere description.
