These ideas were examined and filtered by collectively utilizing a screening criterion that include: Customer Need, Ease of Implementation, Practicality, Importance of Idea, Market Demand & Potential, and other business-related factors that are illustrated in Appendix II. Out of the top 10 ideas, the team has further evaluated the best 5 ideas with additional factors that include Relative advantage, Compatibility, Complexity, Divisibility, and Communicability as illustrated in the below table.
