I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Analytics to enhance my academic qualifications and advance my career goals within a specified timeframe. Although I have conducted significant research during my academic journey, I recognize the need for further specialization and skills development in business analytics to support my professional growth and personal satisfaction. My undergraduate background in Computer Information Systems, with a minor in Business, has provided a solid foundation that I wish to build upon by acquiring advanced analytical skills integral to modern business practices.
My previous education has been successful and invaluable in shaping my understanding of business concepts and their real-world applications. During my undergraduate studies, I engaged directly with business operations through internships and volunteering roles. My internship at Pimbal Traders, LLC, Nepal, involved research and analysis related to imports, logistics, and e-commerce support services. This experience allowed me to explore my interest in supply chain management, logistics, and data analysis, emphasizing how these components influence business performance and decision-making. Although this role was not explicitly labeled as business analytics, its reliance on analytical thinking, data interpretation, and predictive insights demonstrates its relevance to the field.
In addition, I worked with various industries, including Pinmbal Traders, LLC, Tutovia, LLC, Nepal, and as a volunteer at F1Soft Company. At F1Soft, I contributed as a business analyst and product development intern, where I analyzed competitor data, prepared reports, and supported strategic planning. These activities honed my skills in data collection, statistical analysis, and problem-solving—core competencies in business analytics. Moreover, my involvement in evaluating financial sustainability for a community program at South Irving Library further enriched my understanding of financial analysis, project management, and stakeholder communication.
