Sometimes, in my enthusiasm or strategic focus, I may inadvertently overlook the importance of truly listening to others’ perspectives, which can hinder understanding and collaboration. Second, I want to improve my delegation skills. My Responsibility trait makes me eager to ensure tasks are completed correctly, leading me to take on too much or micromanage, which can stifle team development and growth (Lencioni, 2002).

Development Plan

To improve active listening, I plan to dedicate intentional practice by scheduling regular feedback sessions with colleagues and team members.
