Nonverbal communication, including tone of voice, facial expressions, gestures, and overall body language, plays a critical role in reinforcing or undermining the intended message. For example, enthusiasm and confidence conveyed through positive body language can bolster the credibility and appeal of the campaign, making it more persuasive and memorable (Burgoon, Guerrero, & Floyd, 2016). Conversely, inconsistent or conflicting nonverbal cues can distract or confuse the audience, detracting from the message's clarity and authenticity. In written communication, the careful use of formatting, style, grammar, and spelling further supports the intended message by enhancing readability and professionalism (Gareau & Trotter, 2017).
