Throughout my educational journey at Capella University, I have developed a comprehensive set of skills, knowledge, and professional attributes that have effectively prepared me for a career in psychology. Central to my development has been the acquisition of a deep understanding of psychological theories and research-based practices, which serve as the foundation for my clinical approach. My theoretical orientation, primarily rooted in cognitive-behavioral therapy, has enabled me to formulate interventions that are practical, evidence-based, and tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients.
