Two qualities that I believe are crucial for an effective project manager are adaptability and communication skills. Communication skills are equally vital because clear, consistent communication fosters transparency, builds trust, and ensures all stakeholders are aligned. These qualities contribute significantly to project success by enabling the project manager to navigate complexities and maintain stakeholder engagement.
