Case Overview: Melinda, a 25-year-old Latina woman, desires an abortion. She has been married for three years, with two children, both unplanned. Financial constraints and her husband's ongoing law school studies at night complicate her decision. She works as a housekeeper and plans to return to school once her husband graduates. Melinda feels overwhelmed, hesitant to call the clinic, and conflicted about her decision, despite her statement that she believes abortion should be an option.
