Transformative learning is a fundamental aspect of personal and professional development, especially within the context of graduate education. This concept has profoundly influenced my journey through the Master of Education (M.Ed.) program by enabling me to critically examine my assumptions, challenge ingrained beliefs, and develop a more reflective and growth-oriented mindset. Such introspection has not only facilitated my academic success but has also prepared me to be a more effective educator and leader.
Throughout my M.Ed. journey, transformative learning has played a vital role in helping me navigate complex educational theories and pedagogical practices.
