The case of special education is all about by developing the education program to a position of helping the less advantaged students in order to find the same services as the other students. Therefore, this paper will discuss the case of a special education program in support of the students with difficulties in the learning process (Dhawan, 2005). To deal with this, it needs a program management schedule that will that helps in solving most of the technical problems that arise through the alignment of the education systems currently in use that cause misunderstanding in the line of management and science of special education.

Nevertheless, a bunch of special education teacher acknowledges that special education is worth a program that supports the students with some special complication in the society thus involving them as part of the learners.

Another important area of consideration is the potential competition of the proliferation of the special education program and carrier development that deals with the aspect of the change and the development of the new learning mechanisms that are student and user friendly such that the special needs students are able to meet their carrier objectives despite their health complications that involve the abnormal functionality of some of the body roles. The Special education system takes the identity of the institution to challenge the continuity of the fast-growing and education system and to maintain the most important learning objectives that focus on student satisfaction. All in all, the education program must give students benefit that is designed for issue avoidance instead of issue solutions and offer redesign packages that are understanding, applicable, and effectively executed. These changes should yield an outstanding yield on the Special education program. In spite of the fact that the expense of obtaining extra program training needs is credibly more prominent than the expense of the new education system for the normal students, but now the government needs to bear the cost and support the special needs students.
