Departments such as administration, healthcare services, and outreach operate within their respective units, each managed by supervisors or department heads. This structure allows for organized coordination of resources and accountability in service delivery.
In terms of strategy, the organization aims to expand its outreach programs and improve service access. Its hierarchical structure is somewhat appropriate but may limit flexibility and responsiveness to community needs. The traditional pyramid model can slow decision-making processes and hinder innovative initiatives, especially in rapidly changing environments typical of community health settings. A more suitable structure might be a matrix or flat organizational design that encourages greater collaboration across departments and empowers frontline staff to adapt quickly to community requirements.
