My chosen research topic is "The Impact of Artificial Intelligence on Business Process Automation within Information Systems." I selected this topic because of the rapid integration of AI technologies into various organizational processes, which has transformed how businesses operate. Understanding this evolution offers crucial insights into optimizing workflows, improving decision-making, and gaining competitive advantages in the digital economy.
I aim to explore how AI-driven automation influences operational efficiency, decision-making accuracy, and organizational agility.
