This final reflection is provided in the format of a short answer exam. Students will be given two attempts to complete this assignment and only the last attempt will be graded. Students should ensure they choose "Submit" upon completing the assignment for the assignment to be graded.

In this reflection, I will explore the connection between the concepts learned during this semester and their practical application in the workplace. Throughout the course, various theories and skills have been emphasized, including effective communication, critical thinking, problem-solving strategies, and teamwork. These concepts are crucial in professional settings as they contribute to productivity, innovation, and positive organizational culture.
One key concept I learned is effective communication, which is essential for clear and efficient information exchange among team members, management, and clients.
