The Complaint May Be About Anything You Wish Such As Malfunctioning E
The complaint may be about anything you wish (such as malfunctioning equipment, poor building maintenance, or disruptive noises from a nearby business). You can base your letter on a true experience, or you can make up all the details you need. Please note that a form letter or a template cannot be used in constructing your response to question 2. When a form letter or template is used, you are giving little to no thought to wording or formatting, and you are not actually creating your own complaint; you are simply filling in the blanks of someone else's work. For this reason, a grade of 1% will be issued if a form letter or template is used.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my concern regarding the excessive noise coming from the construction site located next to my apartment building. The noise begins early in the morning around 7 a.m. and continues until late in the evening, making it difficult for me to concentrate, relax, or get a proper night’s sleep. Despite my repeated requests to the construction managers to reduce noise during early hours, the situation remains unchanged.
This ongoing disturbance has significantly impacted my daily routines and mental well-being. The loud noises, including drilling, hammering, and heavy machinery, often persist during crucial times when I am working from home or trying to rest. The building’s poor sound insulation exacerbates the problem, allowing the disruptive noise to permeate my living space.
I understand that construction is necessary and that some noise is unavoidable; however, I believe that reasonable measures can be taken to minimize the impact on residents. For example, limiting noisy activities to certain hours, or using quieter equipment during early mornings and late evenings, would greatly alleviate the problem.
I urge your management to address this issue promptly. Ensuring that construction activities are scheduled with consideration for the residents’ well-being is essential. I hope that you will take immediate steps to resolve this matter, providing a more peaceful environment for those of us living nearby.
Thank you for your attention to this urgent concern.
Sincerely,
[Your Name]
