The Educational Goal Statementthe First Step In Creating A Quality Por

The Educational Goal Statement The first step in creating a quality Portfolio is the development of your educational goals. In this unit, you will write your Goal Statement where you will list your short- and long-term goals. Your Goal Statement will help you clarify your vision and help the Portfolio evaluators better understand you and what you plan to do with your Portfolio credit and your Kaplan Degree! As you participate in this Discussion, you may find other students whose goals strike a chord with you. Perhaps you could offer advice from your own experiences that would provide encouragement to another student who is striving for a goal you know a little something about!

Share ideas that others can embrace (such as associations they could join or skills that would be helpful to brush up on) that could lead to attainment of their goal. Any helpful information or resources that you can offer from your own experiences to support a fellow student and help him or her to advance toward their goal is valued. For this Discussion, please list at least one short- or long-term goal that you would have set for yourself and briefly state why these goals are important to you. Your response should be around 100 words

Paper For Above instruction

My primary short-term goal is to enhance my professional communication skills by completing a workshop on effective public speaking within the next three months. This goal is important to me because clear and confident communication is essential for my career growth and for effectively leading team projects. In the long term, I aim to obtain a leadership position in my organization within the next five years. Achieving this would allow me to influence positive change and contribute more significantly to my company's strategic goals. To support these goals, I plan to join relevant professional associations, such as the American Management Association, and brush up on leadership skills through online courses and mentorship programs. Sharing these goals with peers can also motivate others to identify similar pathways for their own success and leverage available resources effectively.
