Additionally, social responsibility encourages practitioners to consider the broader impact of their interventions on society and the environment (Cummings & Worley, 2014). By prioritizing these values, OD professionals can ensure that their work aligns with ethical standards, minimizes harm, and promotes sustainable organizational growth.
