Two case analysis reports will be required for this course. In preparing your case report, you should use the tools and concepts presented and discussed in class to analyze the material in the assigned case and in answering the questions at the end of each case. Each question should be answered separately. The purpose of the case analysis is to demonstrate your comprehension of concepts and tools presented in class. It provides an opportunity to apply managerial tools, concepts, and processes to real-world situations similar to those you may encounter as a manager.
Length of the reports should be three to four typewritten pages, using either single or double spacing. Late or electronically submitted papers will not be accepted.
