Week 10 Assignment 3 Submission
Week 10 Assignment 3 Submission
In this assignment, you will condense information from Assignment 2 to create a PowerPoint presentation. Create a nine (9) slide PowerPoint Presentation in which you: Provide a title slide (as indicated in the format requirements below) followed by a slide with an introduction to your presentation. Summarize your response to each of the criteria in Assignment 2 – one (1) slide per criterion, for a total of seven (7) slides. Provide a summary slide which addresses key points of your paper. Narrate each slide, using a microphone, and indicate what you would say if you were actually presenting in front of an audience. Your assignment must follow these formatting requirements: Format the PowerPoint presentation with headings on each slide and three to four (3-4) relevant graphics (photographs, graphs, clip art, etc.), ensuring that the presentation is visually appealing and readable from 18 feet away. Check with your professor for any additional instructions. Include a title slide containing the title of the assignment, the student’s name, the professor’s name, the course title, and the date. The title slide is not included in the required slide length. The specific course learning outcomes associated with this assignment are: Evaluate the influences of changing economic, political, social, cultural, and technological forces on business and society. Use technology and information resources to research issues in business and society. Write clearly and concisely about business and society using proper writing mechanics.
Paper For Above instruction
Creating an effective PowerPoint presentation based on Assignment 2 calls for careful condensation, organization, and visualization of information, which encapsulate critical aspects of the original work. The purpose of this assignment is not only to communicate key points efficiently but also to engage the audience visually and through narration. The process begins with distilling the comprehensive content of Assignment 2 into concise, focused summaries aligned with each criterion. These summaries will then be translated into individual slides, each dedicated to a specific topic or aspect of the original assignment, ensuring clarity and coherence. The presentation must include a title slide that adheres to the specified format, containing the presentation title, student name, professor’s name, course title, and date. This slide sets the tone and provides essential context for the audience.
Introduction Slide
The introduction slide sets the stage for the presentation by briefly outlining the purpose and structure. It provides an overview of the main themes from Assignment 2, emphasizing the importance of understanding theEffects of economic, political, social, cultural, and technological forces on business and society. The introduction should prepare the audience for the detailed discussion that follows, highlighting that each subsequent slide will focus on a specific criterion from the original assignment.
Content Slides
Each of the seven slides following the introduction will focus on a specific criterion from Assignment 2. These slides should summarize the key points clearly and succinctly, ideally using bullet points, visuals, and minimal text to convey information effectively. Incorporate relevant graphics such as charts, photographs, or clip art to enhance visual appeal and aid understanding. For example, a slide exploring the influence of technological forces might include a graph showing recent innovations or a photograph representing digital transformation. The narration accompanying each slide should elaborate on the bullet points, providing context, analysis, and insights. The goal is to simulate a spoken presentation, engaging the audience through both visual and verbal communication.
Summary Slide
The final slide provides a synthesis of the key insights presented. It highlights the main points discussed across all slides, emphasizing the interconnectedness of social, cultural, political, economic, and technological factors in shaping business and societal dynamics. This slide should reinforce the importance of understanding these influences for effective decision-making and strategic planning in business contexts.
Formatting and Visuals
The entire PowerPoint should be visually appealing and accessible, with clear headings, readable font sizes (from at least 18 feet away), and appropriate use of color and contrast. Limit each slide to three to four relevant images or graphics to prevent clutter. Follow any additional instructions from the instructor regarding layout and design. Proper citations, if necessary, should be included in the slides or notes to acknowledge sources of graphics or data.
Presentation Delivery
As part of this assignment, you are expected to narrate each slide, imagining the presentation before an audience. The narration should be clear, confident, and informative, adding depth to the slide content without merely repeating text. This simulated oral presentation assesses your ability to communicate complex ideas in a professional and engaging manner. Record your narration or prepare notes to guide your delivery, ensuring alignment with the slides.
Conclusion
In conclusion, this PowerPoint presentation demonstrates your ability to synthesize detailed research into a concise, engaging visual format, employing effective use of graphics, narration, and succinct summaries. It reflects your understanding of how various forces influence business and society and your skill in using technology to communicate these insights effectively.
