Week 5 Assignmentfinal Paperyour Final Paper Will Be An Analysis Of Th

Your Final Paper will be an analysis of the problem from the proposal approved by your instructor in Week 2, an evaluation of at least two potential solutions to the problem suggested by your research, and a recommendation of an HR policy to address the problem. Your paper should include an explanation of how you might evaluate and determine the success of your recommendation and an explanation of how your recommendation will effect social change. You should review the Week 5 Assignment Rubric and locate at least six current resources related to your problem, including two academic journals, two practitioner journals, and two internet resources.

Consider insights gained about the causes and impacts of the problem from your resources. Identify qualities that an ideal solution should have, as well as standards it should meet. Analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each potential solution with proper citations. Develop a recommendation for an HR policy to address the problem based on your evaluation of solutions. Explain how the policy's effectiveness can be assessed and how it might promote positive social change.

Paper For Above instruction

Your final paper should be a comprehensive analysis that begins with a clear description of the identified problem, supported by citations from your sources that detail its causes and impacts. The evaluation should include specific criteria or standards used to assess potential solutions, emphasizing objectives such as feasibility, effectiveness, and ethical considerations.

Each potential solution should be critically examined, highlighting its advantages—such as cost-effectiveness, ease of implementation, or alignment with organizational values—and disadvantages—including possible resistance, costs, or unintended consequences. These evaluations should be grounded in the literature and current practices as documented in your selected academic and practitioner sources.

Based on this analysis, you will make a well-supported recommendation for an HR policy. This policy should aim at effectively addressing the problem while aligning with organizational goals and ethical standards. You should also describe methods for evaluating the policy's success, such as metrics to measure employee satisfaction, participation levels, or tangible improvements in organizational performance.

Furthermore, the paper should explore the broader social implications of your recommended policy. This involves discussing how the policy could promote social equity, diversity, inclusion, or other socially beneficial outcomes, thereby contributing to positive social change beyond organizational scope.

Your paper must include an APA-formatted references page citing at least six credible sources, and all pages should be numbered in the upper right corner. The document should be at least five double-spaced pages, not including the title and references pages, and should follow APA formatting guidelines for citations, headings, and overall presentation.
