Collaboration and flexibility are also essential, enabling individuals to adapt to different roles and support collective goals (Salas et al., 2015). Reliability and accountability further strengthen team cohesion, as members who consistently meet deadlines and take responsibility for their actions promote trust and stability within the group (Kozlowski & Ilgen, 2006).
If I were leading a newly formed team, I would initiate activities to establish clear communication channels and foster trust among members. Additionally, I would promote a culture of continuous feedback, allowing team members to learn and improve collectively.
