For the organization I am referencing, there is indeed a competitive advantage rooted primarily in the strategic utilization of advanced technology and robust human resource practices.
The organization leverages cutting-edge health information technology (HIT), including electronic health records (EHRs) and telehealth platforms, which enhance patient engagement and streamline operations (Bara, 2020). This technological prowess facilitates quick data access, reduces errors, and supports personalized patient care.
