My experience with research has primarily involved qualitative and quantitative approaches, with a focus on behavioral sciences. I have conducted studies involving survey methodologies and statistical data analysis, which deepened my understanding of data collection, coding, and interpretation. Data analysis has been particularly intriguing, especially when exploring relationships between variables using software tools like SPSS and Excel. My specific interest lies in psychological research, particularly in understanding human decision-making processes and cognitive biases.
Recently, I installed JASP (Just Another Statistical Program), an open-source software designed for Bayesian and classical statistical analyses. The installation process was straightforward overall but required careful attention to system compatibility and administrative rights. Key steps included downloading the latest version compatible with my operating system, ensuring sufficient storage space, and following the step-by-step prompts during setup.
