During Week 3, I focused on the readings provided by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing and Resnik's work on research ethics. I achieved the weekly objectives by actively engaging with the material, which included completing a literature review on ethical guidelines in advanced nursing practice. The significant benefit of this learning experience was the enhanced understanding of ethical considerations in healthcare, which reinforced my commitment to ethical practice in my profession. I also reaffirmed the value of patient autonomy in my approach to care, recognizing its importance in fostering trust and respect.

In Week 4, I applied the concepts from the change theory chapter in White et al. (2016).
