As a Visionary/Action-Taker, I believe I am well positioned to pursue a career in sales. The visionary side of me has always been a high energy leader who isn’t afraid to encourage others to align their way of thinking with mine. This type of persuasion will be important in sales. As an action-taker, I am very goal-oriented and interested in always exceeding others’ expectations of me. This blend of personality types would be ideal for someone in sales.

I believe it is crucial to recognize how my personality may be compatible with other personality types and the work environment. I will be comfortable in an environment that requires exposure and prominence. My desire to be my own boss or to assume a managerial role aligns with the entrepreneurial personality type that values control over income and decision-making.
