The collaborative process of preparing for and executing these role plays fostered a deeper understanding of teamwork, adaptability, and strategic communication.

Participating in role plays facilitated an immersive learning environment where students experienced the complexities of sales conversations firsthand. Each role play involved partners assuming the roles of sales representatives and clients, requiring active listening, rapport building, and persuasive communication. The feedback received from peers and instructors helped refine techniques and identify areas for improvement.
