I will provide insights on how each skill can be developed and assessed and the importance of a personal action plan for continuous improvement in these areas.

1. Communication

Effective communication is the cornerstone of any successful workplace. It involves not only the ability to convey information clearly but also to listen actively and engage constructively with others. Communication encompasses verbal, nonverbal, and written forms. To improve my communication skills, I plan to seek feedback from peers and supervisors, practice active listening techniques, and engage in public speaking opportunities. A pertinent question I have regarding communication is, "How can I enhance my active listening skills to better understand my team’s needs?"

2. Enthusiasm and Attitude
