Your solutions and recommendations must be justified in a separate section with both an introduction and a summary conclusion. Include your professional experiences when suitable. In your paper, be sure to apply the following to your selected case: Identify any areas in need of improvement to provide recommended solutions. Identify instances within your case where a manager or leader displayed effective skills to successfully handle responsibilities. Appraise instances where a supervisor had to address issues related to employee performance and if a labor union was presently established for the organization.
