In this course, I have acquired a variety of skills and knowledge that I plan to apply consistently in my professional life. The understanding of core principles such as effective communication, ethical decision-making, and leadership strategies has provided me with a solid foundation to navigate complex workplace scenarios. I will continue to utilize these principles to foster collaboration, promote ethical standards, and enhance team productivity in my profession.
