Describe an example of your leadership experience in which you have positively influenced others helped resolve disputes or contributed to group efforts over time. I was the vice president, secretary, and fundraising president in a non-profit organization, called HeartShare Club. I volunteered for seniors (elderly), and individuals with disabilities. I taught them drawing and painting. Often, they did not want to draw or participate in assigned tasks, so we had to find ways to encourage their willingness. This volunteer experience was not only about art education but also about helping them feel confidence and pride. It was a significant and enriching experience.
Additionally, I reflect on my academic journey which inspired me deeply. Moving to the United States in 8th grade, I faced an English language barrier that challenged my communication skills.
