His exercise is designed to help you learn from someone else about a specific area of stress in a person’s life. Students will pick an individual to interview who can give you an in-depth look into a time they experienced a stressful event. The stressful event could have been positive (wedding, graduation, bought a house, new job) or negative (car accident, injury, lost job, breakup). You will interview the person and write a reflection/summary of what you learned from the interview. The paper should be 500 words in length, double-spaced, 12-point font, and 1-inch margins. You will ask questions in three areas:
