  • Any references or files you already have (PDF, images, notes, dataset).
  • Your deadline and timezone (so timing is crystal clear).

How to send

  • Open the request page and select subject/service, add deadline, and describe what you need help with.
  • Attach any files (prompt, rubric, draft, notes) using the Add Files button.
  • Click Submit — if you’re not signed in, you’ll be asked to sign up and your details stay saved.

What happens next

  • Dr Jack reviews your requirements.
  • You receive a plan and quote (scope, time & cost).
  • You can track updates in your dashboard.
