Using the APPROVED TOPIC from week 2, and discuss the following topical areas:

- Background: What is the current stance you wish to challenge or support, and how did the law develop into that? Include cases, background information, and relevant history.

- Adequacies: What positive aspects does the law have?
- Proposed Changes: How can the law be improved to create a better situation and clearer understanding? Propose specific modifications or reforms you believe are necessary.
- Conclusion: Why should and how can your proposed changes be adopted?
